Your data at Rynek Spółek
Your submission, messages and attachments are used to handle your case privately. The public catalogue shows the prepared offer, not the entire submission record.
A practical explanation. Detailed rules are in our Privacy Policy.
A submission and an offer contain different information
- YouPrivate submission
You share contact details, a description and attachments for handling your case.
- Rynek SpółekOffer preparation
Staff review the information and prepare the public part of the offer.
- Public cataloguePublished offer
Visitors see public offer information. Private correspondence and submission attachments are not automatically included.
Who can access your information?
- Your account and submission
You can access your own profile and submissions. Rynek Spółek uses this information to handle your case and prepare an offer.
Another customer is not given access to your submission.
- Messages and inquiries
You and authorised Rynek Spółek staff can see correspondence in your case. Buyers and sellers communicate through Rynek Spółek.
Internal staff notes are not part of customer-visible correspondence.
- Documents and attachments
Case attachments are stored as private files. Signing in alone is not enough: a customer must have access to the case linked to the file. Attaching a document does not publish it in the offer catalogue.
The other party is not automatically given access to your private files.
Rynek Spółek staff permissions
Authorised operators can access private cases and documents to handle them. Operator access covers customer cases and is not restricted to one assigned case handler.
Technical access to provider systems is separate from access through the panel. A standard customer account does not grant permission to administer the database or file storage.
What can become public?
Depending on an offer's settings and content, the catalogue may show the company name, KRS, NIP, REGON, registered office, PKD, description, price and shared business or financial information. These are the details prepared for publication, not the entire submission form.
Hiding a company's name does not make the offer anonymous. Other details may allow the company to be identified.
Your submission contact phone, reason for submitting, private messages and case attachments are not automatically placed in the public catalogue. Information needed for a specific transaction may be shared with the parties and their advisers during the agreed process.
Where do data and documents go?
Supabase handles accounts, case data and files. The primary database project is located in Frankfurt, Germany. Lovable hosts the application, and Cloudflare helps protect connections and forms against abuse. Correspondence also uses email services.
The primary database location does not mean all services and copies operate exclusively in Poland or the European Union. See the Privacy Policy for information about providers and data transfers.
Downloading a document
Downloading from the panel requires sign-in and appropriate permissions. The in-browser file preview is temporary. If you save a file on your device or pass it on, you create a separate copy that Rynek Spółek cannot remotely revoke.
Recovery copies
Recovery copies help restore the service and may contain an earlier data state. Removing information from current operations does not instantly remove every copy; later deletions and restrictions must be respected during restoration.
Need a copy, correction or deletion?
Open “Help and requests” in your account or contact the controller. Describe the case and what you need. Do not attach an identity document scan to your initial request.
Withdrawing a submission and deleting data are separate actions. Records needed for an open case, an obligation or a claim may need to be retained. The operator should record the reason and a review date.
Retention depends on the case and the reason for keeping the records. Specific periods are set out in the Privacy Policy. Closing a case does not automatically delete its entire history.
Questions you may have before submitting
Will someone find out I want to sell my company?
The submission itself is a private case handled by Rynek Spółek. A public offer may disclose company information after preparation and publication. Clarify with staff what will be disclosed before that stage.
Is my submission automatically assessed by AI?
The current submission process does not run automatic AI document analysis or company assessment. The information and attachments are used by Rynek Spółek to handle the case.
Can the seller see my buyer inquiry?
Your inquiry goes to Rynek Spółek. The seller does not automatically receive your contact details, private messages or attachments. Any further sharing takes place within the agreed process.
Do I need to provide a PESEL number or ID card?
Do not include unnecessary PESEL numbers, private addresses or identity document scans. Check a document's contents before sending it — files are not automatically anonymised. If a case requires additional information, agree its scope and the transfer method with staff.
Can the offer owner see who viewed it?
Offer statistics show aggregate views, saves and inquiries. They do not give the owner a list of people who viewed or saved an offer. A submitted inquiry is a separate case handled by Rynek Spółek.
