A brief guide
How does Rynek Spółek work?
Find a listing or submit a company. Rynek Spółek coordinates contact, checks specified information and helps arrange the next steps.
Looking for a company
From choosing a listing to discussing a specific company.
Choose a listing
Check the legal form, sale subject and price scope. Compare the information, its sources and check dates.
Ask Rynek Spółek about the details
Write from the selected listing page. You can send your first enquiry without an account after completing the anti-spam check.
Review the documents and check the company
Rynek Spółek will reply using the contact details provided and agree with you which documents you will see and when you can talk to the seller. Before buying, use the buyer's checklist.
Submitting a company
For shareholders, partners, representatives and authorised agents.
Start with the KRS number
Select your role and go to your account. In the wizard, check the entity details and specify what you want to submit.
Complete submission
Complete the required information, including liabilities. For a sale listing, state its scope and price. Attach a KRS extract before sending. You can complete the draft in stages.
Receive requests and Rynek Spółek’s decision
Rynek Spółek will review the submission and may request more information. Sending the form does not publish a listing automatically. Find its status and messages in your account.
Clear information and contact arrangements
Contact through Rynek Spółek
Your enquiry goes to the Rynek Spółek team. Your contact details are not automatically shared with the seller.
Check of a specific scope
Statuses and dates describe the specified information. They do not mean every company risk has been checked.
Private materials
Attaching a document does not publish it with the listing. Buyer access is agreed within the case.
Questions and answers
Key rules for using the portal, before submitting a company or sending an enquiry.
When do I need an account?
You can browse and compare listings without signing in. An account is required to submit a company, save listings and searches, and use your cases and alerts.
Will an enquiry sent as a guest appear in my account later?
It is not assigned automatically after registration, even with the same email address. Account history includes only cases assigned to that account. Keep your enquiry number after sending; Rynek Spółek will reply using the contact details provided.
What does the listing price cover?
Check the scope stated with the price: a shareholding in a limited liability company, stock in an S.A. or PSA, or a limited partnership partner’s full rights and obligations. The price does not automatically represent the entire company’s value or capital. Ask Rynek Spółek if the scope is unclear.
Is KRS registry data enough to submit a company?
No. Check the registry data and complete the required fields, including the submission scope and information about liabilities and arrears. A KRS extract is required before submission. Importing data does not confirm authority to sell or the absence of tax or social security arrears.
What does a check by Rynek Spółek mean?
A check covers the specific scope stated in the listing. Review each source, status and date. Seller declarations, registry records and Rynek Spółek checks are separate facts. Active VAT registration or a KRS check does not establish that there are no liabilities or guarantee the whole transaction.
Who can access attached documents?
Submission documents are private and accessible to the submitter and the Rynek Spółek team. They do not become public listing files. The materials made available to a buyer are agreed within the case.
How do saved listings and alerts work?
Saving a listing helps you return to it, but does not reserve it. You can separately enable alerts for new matching listings in a saved search. Notifications appear in your account; they are not sent by email. Enabling alerts does not add older listings. You can disable them.
Can I submit a foundation enquiry?
Yes, as a representative or authorised agent. This is a private enquiry to Rynek Spółek, rather than a public sale of a foundation or shares in it.
Does sending an enquiry mean making a purchase or payment?
No. This starts contact with Rynek Spółek and does not commit you to buy. The portal does not currently process company purchase payments or provide escrow. Further steps are agreed individually; a listing does not guarantee transaction safety.
