Selling a company, step by step.

For sellers, representatives and intermediaries

Start with the KRS number and your role. You can save a draft without documents and return to it later. Rynek Spółek handles contact with buyers.

  1. 1. Submission

Enter the KRS number and fetch the company data from the register with one button. Progress is saved as you move on, so you can come back later.

  2. 2. Weryfikacja

Rynek Spółek checks the information and requests missing documents. You can see what is needed.

  3. 3. Publikacja

We publish a listing only after checking the submission and documents. Foundation enquiries remain private.

  4. 4. Handling buyers

Buyers write to Rynek Spółek, not directly to you. Rynek Spółek handles the conversation and checks who is asking.

Start submission

You only need the KRS number to start. Before sending, prepare:

  • a current KRS extract as a PDF from eKRS;
  • supporting documents if you report changes that are not yet shown in the extract.

You can provide other documents when Rynek Spółek requests them. Importing KRS data does not replace the PDF file.

What is your role in this case?

For a foundation, choose representative or authorised intermediary. This is a private enquiry, not a sale of a foundation or its shares.

Who will see your data?

Entering a KRS number publishes nothing. A listing appears only after Rynek Spółek checks the submission and publishes it.

In a published listing

  • company name and KRS, NIP and REGON numbers
  • legal form, registered office and year of registration
  • what is offered and the price
  • details you add to the listing, e.g. VAT, activity, revenue

Only you and Rynek Spółek

  • your name, phone and email
  • reason for selling and details of liabilities
  • attached documents

Buyers do not get your contact details. They write to Rynek Spółek.

Your draft and Rynek Spółek’s replies will be in your account. You will be guided through signing in or registering if needed.
